How our rates work
Rates are shown as a range because every client’s needs are different. Where yours falls depends on the type and complexity of care, the length and frequency of visits (regular, ongoing clients are typically at the lower end), and time of day or short notice. Your exact rate is confirmed during your free consultation, before any care begins.
Travel & mileage
Travel within Red Deer is included. For clients outside Red Deer (up to 50 km), $0.65/km applies beyond 15 km from the city centre.
Transportation fees
Charged at the hourly rate (door to door, including waiting time) plus a $10 vehicle fee per outing, which includes the first 20 km round trip. Beyond 20 km: $0.65/km. 1-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments.
- 2-hour minimum for in-home services.
- Rates are negotiable for regular, ongoing clients.
